The Beginner Meditation TTC in Rishikesh (India) is well-scheduled for beginner-level students who have not done so much before or doing just basic practices. The Beginner 150 Hours Teacher Training is an opportunity to learn meditation from the root and clear all the doubts with deep study patterns.
