Your hosts ensure your stay in a neat and clean place, which is ashram accommodation. You will have a private room with an attached washroom, a Himalayas view in front of the room. A garden with proper sunshine, greenery is there as well at the ashram accommodation.

Program

The main syllabus of meditation retreats is meditation theory classes to understand basic meditation, the benefits of meditation, pranayama, shatkarma (body cleansing), understand the science of Kundalini and its energy, Indian meditation philosophy, outdoor activities such as natural waterfall visit to understand the healing of nature, village visit to explore culture, trekking-hiking to mountains, outdoor classes and much more.

The ability you need for the course is great interest, listening and understanding carefully, no argumentative attitude, no ego, just accepting the nature's creations and flowing with life easily.

Mindfulness meditation

You will learn the mindfulness techniques of meditation which you can apply to your daily life schedule whether you are in the office or home for more concentration and focus.

Om meditation retreats

You will learn about the sacred and universal sound of "OM" the benefits of Om Meditation and how it can change your mental level strength and mood swings.

Indian Vedic meditation

Study of Indian Vedic meditation, traditional rituals such as the sacred fire ceremony, Vedic mantra chanting will enhance your life vitality and give you an unexpected peace of mind.

Transcendental meditation

Rishikesh is famous for Transcendental Meditation (TM), founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the mid-1950s. Many people visit the Beatles Ashram to practice transcendental meditation there.

How to get there

Arrival by plane

The nearest international airport is Indira Gandhi international airport (DEL). Transfer from this airport is about 7 hours by a prepaid taxi. You can hire a taxi from the international airport or you can request Real Happiness team to book it for you.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
