This transformative retreat creates the perfect environment to break through and free yourself from past conditioning of your personality and limitations that are blocking you from showing up fully to your true self, living your dreams, and the deepest calling of your heart.

The 4 colorful, individually designed 1-3-bedroom cottages are made of stone, brick, bamboo, and/or wood. Distinct touches include fireplaces, wood-burning cooking stoves, and/or patios. There are no TVs. Amenities include a warm dining/event hall, an amphitheater, and grassy grounds with terraces and vegetable gardens. Parking is available.

Program

The retreat offers a full program of activities that run for this 21-day immersive life-changing program to reclaim your true and infinite self in Mandrem, Goa! Daily schedule would usually starts at 7.00 a.m. and finishes between 6 or 7 p.m., depending on the activity. It is compulsory to attend all the activities.

The activities on each day of the week vary depending on the day. However, there is something in each slot for you to choose to participate in. There is one class of yoga/meditation each day - either it can be in the morning or in before lunch. The start time varies. You will be given a seven-day program of activities when you arrive at the retreat.

What the team will cover

1. Physical body: first layer (release and relief)

The support system will be yoga. The yoga brings the balance of the body through traditional ways kriyas, loosening, surya namaskar, and yoga asanas that makes a person physically fit and healthy.

Yoga activates various endocrine glands and systems in your body which in turn makes the body strong and disease-free.

In our day-to-day life, we face quite a number of challenges in our personal life, workplace, and social circle. We often find solutions to these challenges and sometimes we do not have one! In this process, our mind and body undergo undue stress which results in mental and physical illness.

2. Pranic body: second layer (chi energy or life force)

Connection to body and mind. 12 sessions of breathwork techniques:

  • Bhastrika

  • Re-energised breathing (full yogic breathing)

  • Conscious aware of breathing (relaxing in your Kundalini energy)

3. Mind body: third layer (mental body)

A sound body helps the mind to take a pause and look deep within the self, which is an opportunity to declutter the mind through meditation and pranayam, a platform for the mind to seek awareness.

Arrival by airplane

Gaggal Airport (DHM) is roughly a one-hour drive from Palampur. The airport is well connected to a spectrum of cities in the country. A taxi will charge around 1500 to 1800 INR, depending on the size of the car/taxi.
