When you feel love for everyone and everything, as a consequence of your happiness oozing out as a love for one and all. When you own your well-being and take charge of your body, mind, and spirit, and allow yourself to learn and evolve, beyond the burden of self-expectations.

The retreat offers a full program of activities starting at 7 a.m. and finishing between 8:30 p.m. or 9 p.m. (depending upon the activity). It is compulsory to attend all the activities. The activities on each day of the week vary, depending on the day, however, there is something in each slot for you to choose to participate in. There are two classes of yoga each day; one in the morning and one before lunch. The start time varies. You will be given a three-day program of activities when you arrive at the retreat.

Arrival/Departure

For any international flights, ReDiscover ThySelf highly recommends landing in Goa at least one to three days before and after the training. Allowing your body to the ground in the field pre and post-retreat will deeply affect your ability to integrate the material and transmissions.

Arrival by aeroplane

From Gaggal Airport (DHM), it is roughly one hour drive to Palampur. The airport is well connected to a spectrum of cities in the country. A taxi will be charge around 1500 to 1800 INR. It depends on what kind of car-like small or big taxi.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
