If you are not happy to spend time alone, you better check the quality and understanding of the relationship you hold with yourself, because this one relationship is going to go long way until your last breath.
If you don't like the person you are, and you are trying to become like somebody else, either physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, economically, politically, culturally, whatever, if you are not happy being you, you got to check your self love quotient.
If you can relate to the self-defeating emotions of guilt, blame, shame and regret, you definitely need to rekindle your relationship with yourself.
In a world where self love is high, individuals own their happiness, and do not crib about it. happy minds are loving hearts too, naturally. Inclusive and loving intentions are essentials to even imagine a better future for this world. So please do this world a favour, take care of this one person that you are.
Program aspects include higher wellbeing with yoga, powerful breathwork, mindfulness meditations, understanding about self, intensive self-introspection to learn yogic practices, and various other complementary aspects.
Exploring the yogic practice will ultimately let you realize that it is the key to go deeper layers of your mind and layers of unseen patterns which are everything for what you might have been waiting for, and it could help you transform your life to create more joy, happiness and meaningfulness.
The curriculum does not include just the teaching of asanas but ensures the trainees absorb the yogic and meditative way of life and progress of blossoming into his ultimate possibility.
This place is completely eco friendly and the entire structure is made with mud (house), so it will give you a complete feeling to connect with mother nature.
