Online sessions will be held via Zoom. Computer and interconnection needed, a cushion or meditation cushion if possible.

About this private program

Each week you will meet online and discuss how the week has gone, what you've noticed either during the meditation or during the informal mindful practices set each week.

You will then look at the theme for the week (such as what stress is, how it affects the body or working with the busy mind, or dealing with difficult emotions). Finally will do a meditation together (guided), and look at the home practices for the week ahead.

  • Session 1 - What is mindfulness? Exploring what mindfulness is- and isn’t- and how it can help you deal with stress
  • Session 2 - Living your moments. How you can begin to be with the pleasant and unpleasant.
  • Session 3 - What is stress? Learning about your patterns of reactivity to stress.
  • Session 4 - Coping with stress. Practicing mindfulness to respond instead of react.
  • Session 5 - Mindfulness of thoughts. Exploring how thoughts drive your actions and emotions.
  • Session 6 - Mindfulness of emotions. Learning to be kind to yourself in difficult moments.
  • Session 7 - Cultivating compassion. Discovering your compassionate self.
  • Session 8 - A mindful life. Looking to the future with mindfulness.

Retreats in Spain is based in Barcelona, Spain and they will live-stream the sessions via Zoom based on CEST (GMT+2) during Summer and GMT+1 for sessions after October 25th, 2020 which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
