Yoga
This retreat is for curious beginners or old practitioners who need inspiration and a new view of their practices. The physical yoga practice (asanas) will be Hatha and Restorative.
Teaching and practicing yoga is such a joy! For the past two decades, Rina has had the opportunity to offer guidance on the mat. The yoga sessions will be gentle and restorative to support the detoxification process.
Rina has been teaching yoga and Ayurveda as a way of living and being for over two decades. She spends her winters in India, a place where she continually undergoes deep transformation and guides others through the same process. To shed the past (cleansing) and be reborn into one’s authentic self, this retreat is designed for rejuvenation.
She integrates svadhyaya (self-study) through inquiry, meditation, and embodiment practices - movement and breathwork - to support your transformation. You will be guided through your challenges into your centered self, making decisions from a place of clarity and stepping into your purpose, your dharma.
She will teach you the art of Sattvavajaya - Ayurveda psychology, the practice of discerning between what is contaminated and what is divine within you all—Sattva—helping you connect with your highest self.
