This retreat is for anyone who needs to unplug and take time to nourish themselves deeply, reflect, and find the inspiration to follow their purpose, their dharma.
The group will have either walking or sightseeing every day, yoga and meditation, and two talks about Ayurveda skills for your everyday self-care practices.
Yoga
This retreat is for curious beginners or old practitioners who need inspiration and a new view of their practices. The physical yoga practice (asanas) will be Hatha and Restorative.
Teaching and practicing yoga is such a joy! For the past two decades, Rina has had the opportunity to offer guidance on the mat.
The yoga sessions will be more vigorous in the mornings and will be Restorative practice in the afternoons. The classes stimulate the liver and lymphatic systems to eliminate any blockages while focusing on the mind and calming the nervous system. Participants will finish the sessions with meditation or yoga Nidra.
Have you always had a calling to be in India and experience the depth that only India can offer? Are you ready to shift your practice and learn the Ayurveda way of living: food, lifestyle, stress management, and clarity of mind? Is it your time for a total reset in body, mind, and soul?
Rina has been spending winters in India for the past twenty years, living in ashrams and teaching yoga and Vedic wisdom, and she would love to share with you the transformation that India can provide:
- Deepen your yoga and meditation practice
- Learn the foundation of Ayurveda to create sustainable and nourishing daily physical and mental practices
- Dive deep into yourself and experience profound shedding of all that is not serving your growth
- Be in a sattvic environment that will allow you to connect with the divine within you so you can make profound changes in your life to live more authentically and with a sense of purpose
Rina Golan has pledged to pay back to the planet so she is fundraising in aid of TreeSisters. When you book one of her retreats, three trees will be donated in your honor. You'll be moving from being a consumer to a pollinator.
