The beauty of S2S Fitness Bali package is freedom in your schedule. This retreat does not have the same strict regiment as many fitness retreats. But this fitness retreat provides all the necessities to ensure you train well, eat well, and have a fun and rewarding experience at S2S. The team is on hand for you to ask anything and everything to do with Bali.

On your arrival day, you will be picked up from the airport. A trainer will email you to set up a briefing and welcoming session once you settle in your private room. This is the time S2S Fitness Bali will ask and discuss your fitness goals, holiday goals, any injuries or limitations, and other travel or fitness related things you would like them to take care of.

You will also be connected with the other guests on a Whatsapp group so when someone wants to do an outing, you all can do it together which makes it more fun. The complete package comes with a daily buffet breakfast and menu lunch. S2S Fitness Bali has partnered with a travel coordinator for the past five years so they can pretty much organize all tour activities, surf lessons, or water sports.

You just name it and they can help coordinate. Pinterest and Google is a great place to scour the beauty Bali has to offer then you can send S2S Fitness Bali the link on what you want to do outside of your fitness schedule.


Training sessions are one-hour long and consist a variety of movements. S2S Fitness Bali believes in high intensity workouts combined with functional movements. Why? Because it’s your fastest and most effective route to result. Of course, each individual is unique so during your welcoming/briefing session, you will be consulted on how to achieve your specific goals through your classes. Your program will consist of a combination of Functional Bodybuilding, Cardio, HIIT, and CrossFit sessions.

S2S Fitness Bali has very dynamic programs, so classes are always changing. You will never be alone during this journey.

For the fitness side of things, you will be doing a mix of:

  • Functional bodybuilding
  • HIIT classes
  • CrossFit classes
  • Cardio classes

However, during your welcoming session, talk to S2S Fitness Bali about your goals. S2S Fitness Bali will help curate your schedule to help you achieve your goals.

To recover, S2S Fitness Bali provides daily yoga classes which you will be doing at Desa Seni Yoga Studio. Desa Seni Studio has an average of five yoga classes running daily which is a mix of:

  • Master yoga
  • Meditation
  • Mindful yoga
  • Vinyasa
  • Yin Restorative

Both accommodation options are located in the heart of Canggu, Bali's most popular health hub. Enjoy the healthy cafes that surround the gym and accommodation. As the sun sets, sip coconuts at Berawa Beach to watch the sunset or even catch a surf. Then as night time hits, experience Canggu's vibrant nightlife.


This complete package comes with daily buffet breakfast and menu lunch. The daily breakfast includes all sorts of healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, and eggs. For daily lunch, you have two options as follows:

  • Option 1: eat on-site at the hotel's restaurant
  • Option 2: if you have a more strict diet or prefer the ultra healthy stuff, you can get meal delivery from the partner supplier, Motion Food instead. Some guests opt to get it delivered to their accommodation and some direct to S2S gym specifically right after they finish their workout as their post workout meal/snack. Note for this option, meals can only be delivered between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 7 days before arrival.
