Halfway between the crystalline sea of Salento and the uncontaminated greenery of the Mediterranean scrub stands the Azienda Agrituristica Il Contadino, a fusion of authenticity and hospitality. In Frassanito the Merico family has built over time a small paradise for its guests and for those who come to know the wonders, scents, and flavors of Salento, for those who choose a holiday dedicated to relaxation and for those who prefer a rich all-inclusive stay of leisure.
The stay formula includes accommodation in independent masonry and/or wooden buildings, just 700 m from the sea, equipped with all comforts. The apartments, immersed in the well-kept greenery of the farmhouse, are composed of a living room with a kitchenette, bedrooms, bathroom, and veranda, based on the different typologies. Covered and/or uncovered parking in the company is reserved for guests.

- Arrival in Brindisi, departure to Otranto
- You'll stay in an agriturismo, where you have all different types of houses, close to the beach and a large swimming pool. Also here is the kitchen that you will use
- 13:00 Brunch together and the rest of the afternoon free
- You have dinner together at 8 p.m.
Sunday
- 08:00 - 09:30 Breakfast is served outside by the pool every day
- 10:00 Departure by bus to Otranto via the various beautiful coastal towns
- 12:00 - 13:30 Lunch in Castro, a fish market with a fantastic restaurant. Then on to Santa Maria di Leuca
- 20:00 Pizza dinner
Monday
- Breakfast, shopping for the traditional cooking class
- 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch.
- 14:00 - 16:00 Cooking class
- 20:00 Dinner
Tuesday
- 11.00 Departure to Lecce for a guided tour of the city. Lunch in the center
- 19:30 The bus leaves for dinner in a traditional “Osteria”
Wednesday
- 09:00 The bus leaves for the market in Otranto, a large fresh market in the area, in different groups you will look for the products / dishes together
- 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch
- 13:00 - 15:00 Cooking class
- 20:00 Dinner
Thursday.
- Breakfast, wine tasting, and a light lunch to Guagnano (area of negramaro and primitivo)

Salvatore Rossetti is a multicultural chef born in south Italy and grew up in a traditional Mediterranean environment. Once got a diploma from a hotel school in Otranto(Lecce), he started to travel around the world getting in touch with tastes from different cultures. He found his” home” in Greece on the island of Corfu. From 2009 he owns an Italian restaurant in the village of Roda(PIXIDA ristorante italiano). Here he continues to cultivate a passion for food, combining Italian dishes with a Greek touch using fresh products from both countries.
