Rooms are more spacious, pollutionless, and well-ventilated. Daily one-time cleaning and hygiene are maintained. Program

During this silent yoga retreat, participants can practice complete silence throughout the two days. This silent yoga retreat will definitely provide the basic theory and practical knowledge of meditation in yoga. These two days can bring you peace and give you a way to handle stress, problems, and all other disorders. SANCYA is maintaining the schedule for the retreat activities. At the same time, the aspirants will have the opportunity to explore the Pondicherry temple. Note: in this budget retreat, other than yoga, diet, spiritual activities, and theory classes, everything will have separate charges.

SANCYA is giving participants both theory and practical knowledge during this retreat.

Basic yoga

This retreat is designed for first-time and basic yogis. It is the right class for you if you want to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a group where everyone is new. The teacher will give you some background on yoga while you are seated but come prepared to move. You will walk out feeling embodied, empowered, and energized. Meditation in the yoga tradition is a systematic and logical approach to understanding, calming, and bringing some control to the mind and thoughts leading to the realization of who you truly are.

In this course, you will learn meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques of Raja yoga to calm and control thoughts, emotions, and outer sensations. Through regular practice of meditation techniques, anyone can attain their innermost self and live an effective, balanced, and peaceful life regardless of outer circumstances. These extremely accessible classes are perfect for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement with some support.

Location

SANCYA is one of the most renowned and largest yoga and naturopathy hospitals in Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu. the premier institute is located on five acres of lusty green, pollution-free, with bamboo and herbs surrounding the environment. It is located between Villupuram and Pondicherry. The ashram will be 12 kilometers away from the Pondicherry bus stand and 24 kilometers away from the Villupuram bus stand. SANCYA is situated in Pallithennal village, Sadayandikuppam road, at Thendral Nagar’s entrance.

How to get there

Arrival by bus

Through public bus, you can come to the ashram at an additional cost of 350 INR. Once you reach Pondicherry. Through Villupuram road, you can reach the ashram, 12 kilometers from Pondicherry bus stand.

Arrival by train

By train, you have to check the train timetable. For a train, you have to pay 250 INR (approximately). You have to get down at Villain railway station. From there, SANCYA can pick up you to the ashram. The ashram is just two kilometers from Villainur railway station and 13 kilometers away from Pondicherry railway station.

Arrival by taxi

Through taxi, you can come to the ashram by traveling 140 kilometers and duration of three and a half hours. For taxi, they will charge 4000 INR. Once you reach Pondicherry. Through Villupuram road, they can reach the ashram, 12 kilometers from Pondicherry bus stand.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
