Meditation & Yoga Retreat in Mexico

Being a yogi is not about doing nice poses, it is learning to wisely combine asana (poses) practice, Pranayama (breath control), meditation, and healthy habits. This retreat is for anyone, beginners and experienced practitioner. If you are a beginner you will learn the basics for good practice and if you are experienced you will learn a different point of view. In asana practice, there will be variations in order for experienced participants to practice at their level. More than anything, you will leave the retreat with a solid base that will allow you to transform your life in a positive way.

The retreat center Tapalehui is a wonderful place near tu Cuernavaca, with a lot of energy, surrounded by vegetation and at the side of a River

It has beautiful Mexican-style rooms, a great shala, bonfire place, swimming pool and nice spots to hang out and enjoy nature.


Delicious home-made vegetarian Mexican food will be provided during the retreat.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Mexico City International Airport (MEX). Airport transfer is not provided. It is very easy to get to the retreat center, instructions will be sent upon request. Detailed information will be provided to those who choose to drive.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
