You would need to install Zoom as the group classes and private sessions are held through this platform.

How the program works

There are 4 private 1-2-1 sessions (30-minute duration each) included in this monthly package, which will be scheduled with the instructor depending on the arrangement between the student and the instructor.

Apart from that, during this month, the client also has access to unlimited fitness classes and able to access live group classes. In regards to these studio online classes, these will hold via Zoom, there is a daily different class depending on the day, and these happen in the mornings. These go from Monday to Saturday focused on muscle groups, yoga and restorative, boxing, and total body.

Private sessions

The package includes 4 1-1 sessions, which are going to be scheduled based on time zones. Serena is available from Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

  • Thursdays at 12.30 p.m. and Friday at 12:15 p.m.

Boxing

  • Mondays at 7 a.m. and Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m.

Core

  • Mondays at 7:30 a.m. and Tuesdays at 7 a.m.

Program information

Serena Fit developed all of their classes to address total body wellness in an efficient and effective way. They hear all the time that time is tight, trying to find work like balance doesn’t really exist and that sharing gym equipment isn’t always the safest option. So they created 30-minute sessions that get you in and out, all while getting real-time feedback from our coaches just like you were in a gym.

Taught by Serena Fit's team of coaches who can see you in real-time and help correct, guide, and motivate you through your workout; classes in the SerenaFit Online Training Studio each offer a different focus so you can sign-up for the ones you really need. They aim to switch up their weekly circuits to keep variety in the forefront so expect to be challenged in a number of ways, every week!

All of Serena Fit's online classes and online personal training sessions take place inside their Zoom workout studio. Zoom is a video conferencing platform that is free for you to use as a SerenaFit client or member and is easy to navigate.

This is a live two-way experience so you can see and hear each other just like you were in the same room together. Once you sign up for this online program, you’ll get all the information you need to enter The Studio for your first workout. Anybody can do it! Serena Fit suggests working out with them for a few weeks to establish your workout routine and try all of their online classes to find your favorites.

Muscle groups

Select from classes like upper body or lower body to target different muscle groups. Expect to use bodyweight, free weights, and bands.

Total body

Condition your entire body in Serena Fit's total body classes that focus on function, interval training, core, and balance.

Yoga and recovery

Pair your strength training with Power yoga, Vinyasa, and free form. Show your body some love with these recovery classes.

Boxing

Switch things up with Serena Fit's boxing sessions that don’t require mitts. Expect to challenge your core and improve your conditioning.

Circuit training is one of the best ways to challenge your cardiovascular system and improve heart health. By using Serena Fit's timed intervals, you work through short rest periods that challenge your cardio. This helps to burn fat and work the heart like the muscle it is! It’s time to ditch the elliptical
