Changing habits you've had for years takes time, so don't believe that 1 or 2 coaching sessions will do the job. That's why the health coach prefers to work with people on a longer term basis. You will receive a link to an introduction form before the first session, that will help you get your background and health concerns and goals clear.
Sessions can be in person where possible, but they can also be online via Skype, FaceTime or any other medium. All information provided in the sessions, and in forms, emails or any other form of communication will remain private and confidential between all parties concerned. Coaching sessions can be held in English or in Dutch.
