The reterat will take place in Alghero, Sardinia, Italy. The villa is located opposite the Sant'Elmo nuraghe, four kilometers from the city of Alghero and its beautiful beaches. Alghero-Fertilia Airport (AHO) offers flights from all over Europe and is only 10 kilometers away.
The nearest port is Porto Torres with embarkations from Genoa or Savona (30 kilometers from the villa), alternatively, the port of Olbia is 130 kilometers away. Alghero is a former Catalan colony, also known as "little Barcelona". It is a small and pretty town in northwestern Sardinia.
Its long coastline is called the Riviera del Corallo, because of the precious coral that was fished from underwater corollaries. Alghero offers a varied natural landscape, from fine sandy beaches to sheer cliffs overlooking the sea.
Popular for its views is the promontory of Capo Caccia, which has become one of the symbols of Alghero, with its cliff in the shape of a sleeping giant. In the Capo Caccia-Isola Piana Protected Marine Area are also the famous Neptune's Caves, which can be reached by land thanks to the Escala del Cabirol (656 steps) and by the sea with boats.
In addition to the sea and nature, Alghero boasts a very ancient history, dating back to the Neolithic period. In the municipality, it is possible to visit important archaeological sites, such as the necropolis of Anghelu Ruju, where it is possible to visit the Domus de Janas of Santu Pedro and the Nuragic complexes of the nuraghe Palmavera and Sant'imbenia.
