Unfortunately, the truth is that most people are not happy with their daily life and jobs. Most people want more from their martial arts dream, but very few do anything about it. You get stuck, confused, and overwhelmed. Your childhood Kung Fu dream fades away, and you settle into the thought that you will never be able to get out of your life challenges and find your real life purpose.
Imagine living a life full of meaning and abundant health. You are loved, happy, empowered, beautiful, mentally focused, and have great physical power and stamina
Unfortunately, the truth is that most people do not feel loved, happy, empowered, mentally focused, or have great physical power and stamina. Most people want much more from their life, but very few will ever do anything about it. You get unbalanced, fearful, and stuck in your ways. Your health and beauty dreams slowly fade away, and you accept that you will probably never find inner peace.
Put all your heart in working towards achieving your dreams, no matter how small or big, be present in your actions, and live life every day.
Wouldn't it be nice having your own martial arts academy or holistic wellness practice, be independent, be your own boss and working on something you genuinely love?
Is it even possible to earn a living doing something you love? Hundreds of success stories prove that is possible. So the answer is, of course! Is it easy? What is worth doing is not easy. Maybe it will be the most challenging task you ever took, but it will also be the most rewarding.
Shaolin Temple Bundle Membership is suitable for everyone who genuinely wishes to get certified as a martial arts master or holistic practitioner. Education is via an ongoing learning experience, combining with live learning at the official Shaolin Temple Yunnan for a fast track.
Shaolin culture consists of three treasures
When you start training in Shaolin Kung Fu, you must first develop healthy life habits and personal discipline. The monks must teach their disciples life values such as: to be considerate, courteous, brave, righteous, diligent, loyal, develop clarity, and learn how to solve problems.
A true master will teach you to be gentle, love life, and be happy. Two main pillars of the Shaolin philosophy: wisdom and compassion.
The school has helped thousands of students from all walks of life over the past 20+ years, and they have found that success versus failure comes down to three things:
Grit is the foundation; in other words, perseverance, dedication, determination, diligence, the strength of character, and courage. On your path to body ultimate health, you're going to get knocked again and again. You'll never know when your breakthrough will come, after the 7th time you get back up or the 77th. Every person's journey is different, but you will never succeed without grit.
Action is how you bring your skills to life! It's how you get the work done. Through action steps, you move your life and health forward massively.
Support means having access to world-class teachers, authentic knowledge, and resources to keep you from wasting precious time. Support helps you overcome all the obstacles and dark corners you'll encounter along the way. Remember, time waits for no man! Over 10,000 students have learned with Shifu Shi Yanjun since he started to teach foreign disciples back in 2000. Some of those disciples have built outstanding practices while achieving excellent body health.
Every success story to come from the Shaolin Temple, big or small, has relied on this formula G.A.S. - grit, action, support! Your success story will be too.
The Shaolin Temple Bundle Membership program was built because the school saw too many people give up. They just couldn't put all the pieces of the puzzle together.
They built it because they saw many people lost in so-called authentic learning and knowledge for martial arts and health improvement using "secret skills", Qigong, meditation, or personal invented style.
They also built it because they were tired of the noise and smoke of all the overpriced, hyped-up, and ineffective courses and programs out there. They are taking advantage of people who didn't know whom to trust.
In-depth video courses taught by Shifu Shi Yanjun, an expert you can trust. Inside the bundle membership, you’ll find high-quality instructional videos from Shifu Shi Yanjun and experts on everything from warm-up, stretching and strength exercises, martial arts from basics to advance, qi and breathing, martial arts forms and styles such as Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda, Meihua Quan, Wing Chun, Taiji Quan, Qigong (soft, hard and medicinal) and meditation, power training for strengthening the body core, monks wisdom and lifestyle, and everything in-between.
The curriculum presented below is based on Shifu Shi Yanjun’s 35 years of expertise and research in the martial arts and holistic wellness field.
The high level of martial arts is measured by strength, fist position, qi, and psychology. Being able to determine an appropriate balance between hard and soft is required for all styles of martial arts and the embodiment of integrating the “internal and external” forces. Force means “yang” and mercy means “yin”.
The phrase “cats hide their paws” (from Laozi) means the smartest thing seems stupid and simple. The monks use this term to explain the high-level martial arts are neither complicated nor beautiful, but practical.
You will only be a complete martial artist when you understand that at a high level there are no styles, only Kung Fu.
