Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (25 Days)
The foundational 200-Hour yoga teacher training course provides the fundamentals you need to become a certified yoga teacher or take your own practice to the next level. Embark on a life-changing experience as you immerse in the study of yoga and set forth on the path to becoming an authentic and inspired yoga teacher.
Who can join?
This course is open to anyone with a desire to deepen and expand their knowledge of therapeutic yoga. It’s ideal for those who have done previous training, and have pre-existing therapy. This 200-hour teacher training program is suitable for those that would like to teach Therapy, as well as those that would just like to develop their practice and learn more!
What you will gain from this training?
- 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification: Upon graduation from this course, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher in the 200-hour category (RYT 200).
- Immersion in a yogic lifestyle: Experience the benefits of a consistent asana, meditation, and pranayama practice combined with a healthy sattvic diet in a supportive community environment.
- The skills and confidence to teach yoga: Find your voice as an inspired yoga teacher while engaging in the art of teaching supported by expert guidance and practical experience.
Daily routine
From Monday to Saturday, generally from 06:30 to 18:30, your daily routine will include multiple practice sessions as well as practical and theory classes. Your schedule will also include open time for you to engage in self-study and practice teaching with your fellow trainees.
On Saturdays you will have only a half day of coursework and Sundays are your days off. Use this time to relax, study, and enjoy your surroundings.

Check-in and check-out
Please feel free to check-in any time from 10:00 The day is dedicated for you to settle in. Shree Hari Yoga will hold an introduction and orientation opening ceremony for your information, followed by a welcome dinner from 5:30 p.m. onwards.
On the last day, Shree Hari Yoga will hold a closing ceremony before your departure, where you will get your certificates. You have time to prepare everything to leave on this day. They welcome any feedback at the end. Check-out time is 1 p.m., but you may join activities throughout the day as desired. They will hold your belongings safely.
