During your retreat, you may connect with your Akashic Record Keeper, reconnect with your inner child, so you may gain clarity on your unique life path. It’s a journey of self-care—because as you’ve heard time and time again (and it’s true), you must care for yourself first in order to fully support those around you. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, recharged, and more aligned with your soul and higher self, seeing your life from a place of greater balance, openness, and clarity.
What makes Simply-Helping Retreats unique?
During each retreat, Holly will hold space so you may experience personal transformation—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The retreats are carefully curated to include:
- Guided meditations and yoga – Including gentle yoga and beginner aerial yoga to support movement and guided meditations to encourage stillness.
- Creative and wellness workshops – Designed to awaken joy, insight, and self-expression.
- Group and pirvate discussions – Safe spaces for reflection, connection, and personal breakthroughs.
- Daily energy healing circles – Holly will conduct group healing sessions during Savasana, helping to clear stagnant energy, align your chakras, and bring harmony to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
- Time and space for reflection – Whether in solitude, in nature, or in shared moments with fellow guests, you’ll have the freedom to process and integrate your experiences in a way that feels right for you.
- Soul-level healing – Holly loves working with guests in person, helping each of you to remember who you are at a soul level and reinforcing your worthiness to receive all that the universe has to offer. The tools and techniques you learn will continue to support you long after you return home (if you use them).
Participation is always at your own pace—you can immerse yourself fully in the offerings or spend quiet time reading, journaling, or simply soaking in nature’s embrace. And of course, you’re welcome to share some love with our resident fur babies!

A glimpse into your retreat experience
Each retreat is customized to the group’s energy and needs, but here’s a sample of what your days might look like:
- Breakfast: Nourishing, wholesome meals
- Morning: Gentle yoga and guided meditation (sometimes on the beach!)
- Midday: Healing workshops, creative activities, or private reflection time
- Lunch: Community meal with time for relaxation
- Afternoon: Group discussions or nature excursions
- Evening: Dinner and treats, group meditation/energy healing, and restful integration
Weather permitting, you can take yoga, healing circles, and meals to the beach, allowing the rhythm of the ocean waves to amplify your healing experience.

On sunny days, Simply-Helping Retreats will pack a picnic to bring to the beach if the group chooses to, for an afternoon to relax, swim, collect shells, and heal.

- 10:30 Group healing circle
- 11:30 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
- 12:15 Lunch break
- 13:00 Creative project for you and your inner child

- 17:00 Karma yoga (time spent as a group or solo)
- 18:30 Dinner
- 19:30 Evening meditation and energy healing / clearing, sound bath onsite, or back to the beach

- 08:00 Light breakfast served
- 08:45 Group discussion
- 09:30 Gentle / Aerial yoga / movement class
- 10:30 Group healing circle to remove excess energy or doubts before heading home
