Simply-Helping hosts retreats in a comfortable and welcoming setting, in order to assist you on your healing journey. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you will be part of a small group of individuals who are on the same path.
Due to this years unstable "whatever" you'd like to call it, we are discounting our fall retreats so that you can start or continue on your healing path.
During this retreat, you may meet and assist your Akashic Record keepers and maybe your inner child too, as you move forward on your unique path.
You've heard it hundreds of times, but it's true. You have to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to take care of everything - and everyone - else. Self-care is not selfish!
You will leave the retreat feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected with your soul / higher self, allowing you to look at your life from a more balanced and open perspective.
What's unique about this retreat?
Simply-Helping Retreats holds space for each guest to experience their own personal transformation (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually). This will happen through guided meditations, gentle yoga, beginner Aerial yoga, wellness and creative workshops, as well as group and private discussions, along with daily group energy healing sessions.
As a guest, you will have the time and space to experience and process your thoughts and feelings alone, in nature, or with the other retreat guests if you choose to.
While guided meditations and yoga are a daily staples at each retreat and are part of the retreat's foundation, Holly believes that the additional offerings of energy healing and clearing, quiet time, and fun creative projects enhance and balance your retreat experience.
After each yoga session, during Savasana, Holly will conduct group healing circles to release any stuck or stagnant energy that may have shifted during the yoga session. She will align your chakras and clear each of your “bodies” - the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the energetic / spiritual body. This will allow you to relax and open up to all that is possible.
Holly is inviting you to this retreat so that she can work in person with you and help you remember who you are from a soul level while reinforcing that you are worthy of all the universe has to offer. The tools and techniques that you will experience will continue to assist you long after you have gone home if you apply them.
During your stay, you can participate as little or as much as you would like to. You can sit in nature, take time to read a book, or snuggle Simply-Helping Retreats' fur baby.

Sample schedule
Here is a "sample" schedule of what Simply-Helping Retreats offers. They tweak it based on the retreat group.
Participants will also have the option to do yoga, healing circles, and meals on the beach (weather permitting). Being in nature, with the ocean waves flowing around you as you set the intention to let go, will help you to relax and amplify the experience of each healing technique.

Day 1
- 16:00 Arrive and check-in

Day 2 and Day 3
On sunny days, Simply-Helping Retreats will pack a picnic to bring to the beach if the group chooses to, for an afternoon to relax, swim, collect shells, and heal.
