About this private session

You will start fasting on the morning of the first day. You will end the fast 5.5 days later, in the morning, enjoying a platter of seasonal fruit wherever you are.

Full fasting program details and supplement guidelines will be provided for a very effective experience. (Please book 2-3 days in advance to have enough time to buy the supplements). You will connect online twice daily minimum through messages.

Drink 1.5 liters of water or herbal tea a day minimum.

Fasting nutrition might include herbal teas and broth or coconut water and green juice (depending on the climate where you are and your specific characteristics) with an optional keto smoothie plus a list of supplements: antioxidants, psyllium and activated charcoal, an enema bag for self-administered enemas. Plenty of water or herbal teas throughout the day.

Benefits of fasting include

  • Cleansing of the intestinal tract, relieving chronic constipation and giving the digestive system time and space to heal and repair.
  • Significant decrease in levels of circulating insulin leading to blood sugar regulation. This can help with mood control and stress reduction. It also leads to pancreatic cell regeneration, increased growth hormone release, and general hormonal health.

  • Immune system boosting: fasting lowers white blood cell counts, which in turn triggers the immune system to start producing new white blood cells. White blood cells (or lymphocytes) are a key component of the body’s immune system.

  • At the end of the fast, you might feel grounded, confident, and optimistic. You will have lost some fat and rejuvenated the body. You might have clearer skin, sleep better while feeling strong and energized.
