The retreats are a safe and inclusive space for people to come together and learn more about themselves through holistic health practices and workshops. They believe your mental health crisis stems from a movement away from simple yet powerful practices for health and longevity.
Specifically, the ability to breathe properly, to move your bodies, to be in nature, to eat nutrient dense foods, to embrace challenges and to have meaningful relationships. The increasing dependence on technology has coincided with an increase in isolation and an inability for people to self-regulate. People now are the most medicated and unhappy they have ever been as a species.
On these retreats, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a range of science-backed techniques for becoming more powerful and happy than you have ever been. They take the woo woo out of holistic health and give you a formula for health and happiness you can take with you. This includes:
- Digital detox - when was the last time you took a few hours off from your phone, let alone a few days?
