Ingrid has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She initially studied in Argentina with Victoria Fernandez in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. She also studied the 200-hour Devarya yoga teacher training in Ibiza. Besides turning more and more people into a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle that continually challenges them to grow, her primary objective is to teach a system of exercise that fully integrates the body, mind, and spirit. She loves to emphasize her classes on synchronized movement and breath to deepen the experience of the practice.

Born in Peru, raised in Colombia and Brazil, Ixtaliy chose to travel as a masseuse (Santa Fe Massage School, 1996) for many years all over Latin America and some countries in Europe. This journey opened her creativity and sensibility to social and human issues and since 2014, yoga and meditation started taking an important role in her life. Mindfulness training with Jack Kornfield and Sara Bach was her initiation to mindfulness. It was "a path with no return," that convinced her that meditation is one of the essential keys to finding true happiness and that she will share in retreats.
Location
Villa Sermita is surrounded by green hills, in the north of Ibiza Island, and is close to the special beach of Benirras.
