During this retreat, you will be staying in twin rooms, we have some private rooms but please reach out before booking to see if they are available. During your time with SolHenge, the central barn space of over 110 meters squared is perfect for your communal learning work. Next to this is another large-terraced area with comfy seating. Healthy vegetarian food (with vegan and wheat-free options) is offered to you, alfresco at long tables under the trees enjoying the views over the valley.
Each of the bedrooms and the glamping is designed for comfort and they can configure to your individual needs. There is also a beautiful sitting room and kitchen for students. Private Shamanic healing, massage sessions, and even a ceremony can be organized for your stay to compliment your retreat.
Program
Through daily meditative practices, shamanic ceremony, sacred embodied work, and healing, you will gather new threads of understanding about yourself and learn to connect deeply with the inner wisdom of your energy centers and the loving presence of source consciousness.
Then, from this center-point of self-realization, you will be guided through the quantum field to become the embodied divine creator of your heart’s desire and re-weave a new purpose into your life. This is an intimate retreat (maximum 12 participants) where you will be held in the womb of creation, without judgment and in unconditional love as you unfold into the best version of yourself.
SolHenge welcomes you with open arms. This is a 5-day retreat starting at 6:30 p.m. on the first day, then finishing at 4 p.m. on the last day. Arrival on the first day is anytime after 2 p.m.

Instructors
Sarita Sol
Sarita is a healer, ceremonial facilitator, meditation teacher, and spiritual mentor. Her passion is to bring awareness and openings into people's lives so that they can discover the truth of who they are. This she does by using embodiment practices from the ancient gyno-centric tradition of "Path of Pollen" coupled with womb wisdom, sacred movement, ceremonial and heart-based manifestation techniques, and meditation. Her work is ever-evolving and backed by the newly emerging science of quantum consciousness.
Location
SolHenge retreat space in Aquitaine, France is a stunning and private paradise with a farmhouse that sleeps up to 17 people and glamping accommodation which sleeps up to 4 for teachers and volunteers. Surrounded by rolling hills filled with sunflowers and vines, it boasts a secret valley that is totally secluded, 15 acres of private woodland, a swimming pool, fire pit, stunning hilltop views, and their very own SolHenge stone circle. It's only one hour from both Bergerac and Bordeaux airports.
SolHenge is delighted that you are coming on retreat there and they will endeavor to make your stay as divine and peaceful as they can. There is a "retreat car" on-site that you can use for local excursions. Please note that this must be shared in a considerate way with your fellow guests.
Food
Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks are included. All of the food in SolHenge is vegetarian. They cater to vegan diets and can also accommodate allergies if you let them know in advance. All meals are healthy, locally sourced, and often home-grown vegetarian food.

Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport

Arrival by shuttle
Group collection service from Bordeaux or Bergerac airports. At SolHenge, they have a special reduced rate airport group collection service that they offer to all of their guests. They will organize a group collection and will do their best not to have you waiting too long. Please let them know in advance if you wish to reserve a seat along with your arrival and departure times. The cost is 50 EUR per person, each way. Collection times will be sent to you closer to the date of your retreat.
If you are being collected by SolHenge at Bordeaux airport, the collection point is under the big flags in the car park opposite the terminal. If your plane is very late, please let them know as soon as possible so that they can arrange other transport for you. Either Sarita or Hamish will be waiting for you. They will have a sign with "SolHenge" written on it.
If you are being collected at Bergerac Airport then either Sarita or Hamish will be outside arrivals with a sign with "SolHenge" written on it.
- If you wish to be collected at a separate time
If you are unable to join a group collection, and wish to be collected at a separate time, from either airport, they will do their best to accommodate you. Please let them know in advance if you will need this service.
Arrival by train
If you are arriving by train, then you will need to get to a station called "La Reole". SolHenge is approximately 20 minutes by car from this train station and they offer a reduced rate for the transfer (single and group collections). Please reserve your place with your times of arrival. The cost is 25-35 EUR per trip (depending on the time of day and number of passengers).
La Reole train station please come out of the station and wait by the front door for Sarita or Hamish to find you, again, they will have a sign with your name on it. If you miss your train or are very late, please contact SolHenge.
- Train for Bordeaux Airport
If you are catching a train from Bordeaux Airport; come out of the main terminal and there will be a bus stop with a sign to "Gare St Jean", with buses that depart every 30 minutes or so. You need to pay the driver as you board the bus (approximately 10 EUR, only cash is accepted). The bus ride is approximately 30 minutes and you will be taken to the train station, Gare St Jean.
At the station, you will need to buy a ticket (approximately 10 EUR, depending on the time of day) and then find the platform and train that goes to "Toulouse/Agen" stopping at La Reole (La Reole is about 20 minutes away by car from SolHenge). From here, you will need to either arrange a taxi (numbers to follow) or have arranged with SolHenge (in advance please) to come and collect you.
If you are arriving at Bergerac Airport, there is no train station near so you are limited to be collected either by SolHenge (please reserve your place in advance) or by local taxi.
