The Nomadic Hotel Nosara offers luxury private and dorm rooms for all budgets, only 5 minutes walking distance from the main beach in Guiones. During the day, you can relax by the saltwater pool, in the hammock, or get fresh juice at the café.
Program
The spacious outdoor yoga shala in the treetops of the hotel will be your playground to explore the practice. There or at the beach is where you meet for daily Yin and Yang yoga, psychedelic breath, Cacao and fire ritual, deep house yoga, and meditation.

Yoga lets Sonja feel her body and the gentle, flowing movements calm her down. She prefers to spend her time outdoors, on the mountains or close to the clean energy of water. Cooking is one of her passions and she believes that how you treat yourselves and the food you eat affects your entire well being. Sonja is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Bhakti yoga teacher and she leads cocoa ceremonies, moon and annual rituals, and works with plant medicine and the energy of the universe.

The Nomadic Nosara is located on the south side of main Guiones, where you can find shops, restaurants, and the popular Café Destiny, all within walking distance.
Nosara
Nosara is a small coastal town on the north pacific side of Costa Rica in between Tamarindo and Santa Teresia. A place where the jungle is still alive and you are able to connect back to nature.
The small town Nosara is a secluded paradise isolated away from the rest of the country and touristy crowd. Located in a bay with two main beaches (Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada) and mountains and jungles behind. Nosara has become a mecca for surfers and yogis alike.
Costa Rica
The country known for its sprawling rainforests, cascading waterfalls and volcanoes, talkative howler monkeys, chattering toucans, and abundance of tropical fruits. Where you can find the happiest people and the most stunning sunsets.
The mountainous country located between the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean has the biggest biodiversity and animal wildlife you can find. The coastal areas are made up of beaches, paradise for surfers and divers alike. As you move further inland, it becomes mountainous and you can find more than 121 volcanoes, and seven of them being active.
