Soul Valley
The conscious boutique hotel creates the best conditions for guests to experience complete relaxation of body and soul, with maximum respect for the planet. Soul Valley offers stunning natural surroundings, homegrown vegetarian food, daily yoga, meditation, and healing practices, as well as luxurious sustainable rooms and facilities with lots of natural materials.
There is a large sea-view pool with lounge beds and deck chairs, a vegetarian restaurant, bar, two yoga halls (one is 100 square meters, while the other is 170 square meters), a spa with a Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Finnish / infrared sauna, a massage room, free parking, walking trails, and uphill meditation spots.
Rooms and cottages
Soul Valley has light and spacious boutique rooms and cottages with stunning views. They have great supersized beds and ensuite bathroom with vegan body care products, and are decorated with heart and soul. Enjoy the silence of nature and unbelievable starry nights.
Subject to availability, you can choose between rooms in the main building, in one of the cottages with terrace, or in the renovated horse stables with direct access to the spa and Jacuzzi.
Choices includes single rooms with queen-size bed, double rooms with king-size bed, and twin rooms with two separate beds. All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom.
All rooms have air-conditioning, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, basin, and vegan body care products.
Rooms and cottages don't have a television, minibar, or room service. You can enjoy your food and drinks at the restaurant, sea-view verandas, and bar, or in the relaxed seating areas and large sofas with thatched roofs scattered around the site and pool to enjoy the peace and surroundings in your bubble.
Access to the spa
Recharge in the large sea-view pool surrounded by sun beds and lounge chairs. Cleanse on a deep level in the Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, and Finnish / infrared sauna. You can also additionally book a massage.
CO2 compensation
Soul Valley loves the planet and every living beauty on it. This is why Soul Valley contributes in various ways to preserve this beauty. They minimize waste and recycle compost for the land. Solar panels provide natural energy, and water comes from their own well. They aim to make the property completely CO2-neutral, and they plant a tree for every booking.
Program
Choose from amazing rooms made with love and natural materials. Meet like-minded people, enjoy the delicious vegetarian food, and read your book around the sea-view pool and spa. Everything is included, simply arrive and relax. Immerse yourself in the magical Sardinian vibe.
Daily activities
Participate as much as you'd like to in the daily activities like yoga classes, meditations, sound healings, Qigong, breathwork, and more. They are great for all levels. You'll have no obligations, enjoy your own rhythm.
The activities are facilitated by Soul Valley's team of experienced teachers, and take place in the yoga hall and on the outside yoga platform. The three daily activities are included in your summer experience. Feel free to join whenever you'd like to.
Morning yoga

Morning meditation

Sabrina Müller

Sabrina teaches mostly Vinyasa and Yin yoga and she is trained in one-on-one yoga sessions. She has lead yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and Marrakech. Besides, she is trained in fluentbody, a unique and powerful way to connect to yourself, your body and your feelings through movement and dance. Her teaching is energetic and yet calming, in harmony with the flow of breath, inducing the balance between stability and lightness.
Kamal de Bruijn
Kamal is trained in self-knowledge, shamanic work, coaching, and meditation. After 20 years in healthcare and startups, he decided to expand the joy and fulfillment he experienced during retreats and silence into his working life. He moved with his wife and children from Amsterdam to Sardinia to found Soul Valley. His purpose is to contribute to the journey of people towards a more meaningful life. Being able to relax, heal, and grow.
Anne Fechter
Anne is a certified Zhineng Qigong instructor since 2019. She has been giving groups and individual lessons in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. She adapts her teaching style to the energy and needs of the group with always room for humor and lightheartedness. For years she lived with her family on a small farm in France close to nature. Her compassion for the well-being of the world made her do the training “Ecological Philosophy and Politics”.
Cheraldin Zellner
Cheraldin is trained in sound healing, voice liberation and breathwork. She is also passionate about shamanic work, tantra, her family, nature and food. After running her catering company in Amsterdam for 10 years, she felt it was time for new adventures. It brought her and her family to Sardinia, where she co-founded Soul Valley. She shares her personal and professional learnings during retreats to help people to attain a more joyful life.

Soul Valley is located in the south of Sardinia, near the small village of Torre delle Stelle. It’s a 45-minute drive from Cagliari International Airport. The hotel is just a few kilometers from the azure blue Mediterranean Sea and white sandy beaches.
Sardinia is world famous for its many archaeological places and magical energy. Explore the ancient city of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, with Italian shops, museums, restaurants, and theaters. During the summer, there are all kinds of festivals on the island.

Food
Soul Valley's restaurant with sea-view verandas serves delicious vegetarian food with fresh biological ingredients from their orchards and local farmers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
The bar serves the real-deal Italian coffee, fresh teas, and refreshing drinks including sodas, fresh juices, and mocktails. To provide an environment wherein you can completely recharge, they serve alcohol only around dinner.
All food and drinks are included in your stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are in buffet style, and in the afternoon, a fresh smoothie is available.
Soul Valley's vegetarian food is homemade and most ingredients are from local farmers. They have a very good knowledge of food allergies and intolerances. They can cook delicious meals without gluten, dairy, or anything else that you might have to leave out.

The best option to get to Soul Valley from the airport is by renting a car or taking a taxi. You'll find Soul Valley signs from the main road SP17 when you arrive in the village of Torre delle Stelle. Soul Valley has free parking space and EV charging. Don't use the Soul Valley location in Google Maps because it will lead you to closed roads.
