Spread Qigong is offering wellness retreats by the beach, surrounded by nature and tranquility. They chose for this special wellness retreat Full Moon Village Resort which is a place where you can find peace, have space, recharge, and connect with true nature. This Qigong retreat is open to professional instructors in martial arts, yoga, fitness, dance, etc. and non-professionals as they welcome anyone interested in exploring and becoming anew. No prior Qigong experience is needed.
No matter what your physical goals are, this wellness retreat will be a wonderful start to improving your mobility, flexibility, and inner strength as well as freeing your mind. You will emerge in the ancient Daoist practice passed down for nearly 2,000 years, which is an effective, fun, and sometimes humorous way to energize the entire body.
You will learn five animal Qigong sets of forms (tiger, deer, monkey, bear, and crane) to cleanse the five major organs in your body. In parallel with the physical body cleanse, you will tap into the main emotions such as sadness, stress, fear, anger, anxiety, and excess of desire. You will receive individual advice and corrections from an instructor.

- 15:00 - 17:00 Free time
- 17:00 - 18:00 Qigong, guided meditation, and sharing
Days 2 - 3
- 07:00 - 08:30 Qigong class
- 08:30 - 10:00 Breakfast
- 10:00 - 12:00 Theory class and guided breathing technique meditation
- 12:00 - 14:30 Free time and/or sightseeing visits
- 15:30 - 17:00 Qigong class
- 17:30 - 19:00 Guided meditation and mindfulness talks
Day 4
- 07:00 - 09:00 Qigong class
- 09:00 Breakfast
- 10:00 - 12:00 Free time
- 12:30 Going back to Ho Chi Minh City
