Themes and daily schedule

Each day the yoga and meditations are dedicated to one of the chakras. In this way, each day has a different focus as you rise together from the root to the crown.

Day 1 - Sunday 22 December: Arrival day

Day 13 - Friday 3rd of January

  • After your morning meditation, pranayama, and yoga session, you will slowly start to prepare for leaving in different directions

Day 14 - Saturday 4th of January: Departure day

  • After your last yoga session together, you will have breakfast and slowly leave your beautiful paradise again.
