Royal Suite Hotel offers spacious family rooms with a warm and friendly décor, yellow like the desert. They all have free Wi-Fi, a separate bedroom and living room, a balcony or terrace, and a private bathroom. They include a mini fridge, telephone, television, and a rental safe deposit box. The hotel has one swimming pool, offers outdoor sports activities, and is six to eight minutes walking from the ocean.

Trainings on the beach (four sessions, one to one and a half hours)

SunnyFitness training sessions (MovNat - natural movements, bodyweight training, maximal strength and joint mobility development, alternative endurance training methods, movement skills, and body maintenance exercises). Become a master of movement. They will take care of your individual fitness levels and pre-existing injuries. It will not be performance-oriented practice primarily, but more about health and inspiration for further training at home. Learning training principles and methods through practice. If you want to tire yourself out, they will of course have some ideas for that too.

Yoga practice at sunrise (one hour)

Start the day with yoga on the beach with an experienced instructor.

Ocean SUP tour (one to one and a half hours)

Cruising with SUP boards near the wild coast starting from the town beach. For beginners, they will give preliminary SUP training.

Lectures (approximately two one-hour sessions and Q&A)

  • Nutrition and lifestyle: healthy living, nutrition, biohacking in terms of quantum biology, biophysics, mitochondria, and personal experience. Biological effects of sunlight and artificial lights.
  • Exercise methods: Time-effective, proven training methods for lifelong fitness, strength, flexibility, muscle building, and performance enhancement.

Included excursions

Hiking (approximately four hours up and down)

You will climb to the highest point of the island (Pico de la Zarza - 813 meters), where you will enjoy beautiful views, including one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Cofete.

The camp will take place in Costa Calma, Las Palmas, Spain.

Things to do (optional)

The activities below are available the day before or after the camp (Wednesday and Monday). Please let SunnyFitness know when you apply if you are interested in them. The start of the programs and the prices depend on the number of participants (about 30 to 50 EUR per person).

Island trip (approximately eight hours)

You will visit the most beautiful places of Fuerteventura, the sand dunes and lagoon beaches in the north (Corralejo, El Cotillo), and drive through the hilly parts of the island, reminiscent of Western movies. You will also stop at the charming former capital (Betancuria), then check out the caves on the west side (Ajuy), and finish with a super sunset (La Pared).

Kayak tour with snorkeling included (one and a half hours)

You will start from a quiet fishing village in one or two persons, stable sea kayaks, paddle to a small bay, to the snorkeling site, where you will meet colorful underwater life, and then paddle back.
