They open a whole realm of sound and rhythm, pulse and prayer. They also open a relationship with the spirit of the animal that is woven into the drum.

Drum making

This retreat is offering you a space to awaken your wild remembrance. And to create your unique medicinal drum. These drums will be woven completely with animal skin (as opposed to string) which you will love the feel of. The cross design of the back handle is light and comfortable to hold. The frames are beautifully crafted with red cedar from my friend.

The space will be filled with prayerful offerings throughout your journey together - singing sacred songs, support of the plants, and creating beauty and nourishment. All to support you in opening to creativity, deep connection, and inspiration, as you weave the sacred intentions of your heart into your drum.

Through guided movement and meditation journeys, you will be supported to make a powerful connection to the spirit of the animal you are weaving with, opening this deep relationship of sound medicine and connection to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

You can choose what size frame and hide you would like to weave with:

Julie Surpreet Adi

Julie Surpreet Adi, certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, is alchemizing holistic approaches to grow awareness and expand consciousness. Nomad for more than three years, she got initiated by her travels and encounters. Her resonance with the land of Guatemala, connects her deeply with the Mayan Cosmovision. She discovers the Cacao medicine and hold ceremonies since then. Her yoga workshops and transformational gatherings weave meditation, transmutation and celebration. The themes are always focusing in-depth on specific aspects of the Self. She is also Reiki Master.

Abigail Hinds

Abigail is a wisdom keeper of feminine healing lineages that nourish the life-giving powers of the feminine heart and soul. Her offerings support women to embody the wild roots of their fertility and open to the wellspring of their feminine magic. Abigail walks with the Whales, and sings their soulful songs of healing and remembering to support womb healing, sound medicine journeys, and Oracular channelings. She also specializes in therapeutic breast massage, supporting the lymph rivers to flow freely and the breasts to receive the nourishment they need.

The package includes one yummy dinner on Saturday. Snacks and drinks will be provided as well. You are responsible for your own lunches and breakfast or can request optional meals.
