You will need a phone, computer, or laptop with a stable internet connection in order to attend the private live online sessions on Zoom.

She is qualified to give Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, which has been developed for those seeking to improve the quality of life, making one aware of the mind's tendency to wander and to worry about past and future.

It helps to redirect attention to the present moment, making space for better decisions and positive changes. She is also a qualified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher. Find peace, inner stillness, and more moments of joy! Suzanna became a widow at a young age and raised her son by herself. The hard lessons of life and yoga inspired her early search for wisdom and strength.
