Mediation is considered to be a technique to understand the strain and stress of your daily life and how to be free from them. Without mediation, it is very difficult to manage stress and strain in your daily life.
Through meditation in daily life, one can transform social life into a positive lifestyle. Regular meditation also helps organize the positive management of life and pranic energy. Pranic energy is the root cause of your positive lifestyle and good Samskaras. Meditation is a key practice of the awakening of Kundalini (chakra energy).
Meditation is a key practice of all traditions and religions in order to attain the consciousness of the supreme god. The aim and goal of the meditation are to be free of karma (sufferings), attain freedom, and experience real love, truth, light, and wisdom within. Finally, the practice of meditation leads to the final liberation.
