All times are CET (GMT+1) and CEST - (GMT+2) for sessions after March 26, 2023. The availability for the sessions is usually Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. This availability varies throughout the weeks and months. The sessions are scheduled individually and flexibly.
About this private session
Tashina's fascination for healing, a returning to your natural state of wholeness, and the parts that make up your being (body, mind, heart, soul) has led her to explore, study and live through many layers of training and courses. This has turned into a deep devotion to a holistic approach to healing - weaving together all parts of your system; the physical realm, the spiritual realm, and the emotional and energetic realm.
Her work with yoga therapy helps your body find ease, strength, stability, and alignment. Be it after an injury, other physical issues, or a surgery, these yoga therapy sessions help your body and system release tensions, realign your internal structure (bones, etc.), and find ease and comfort again in your body.
These sessions will bring healing to your body, maintain and increase your health, and re-align your body - reorganizing the bones and the entire body to an easeful and free state.
This yoga therapy package consists of 3 online sessions. During your sessions you will go through exercises and practices that you are invited to practice at home and in your daily life, in order to substantiate and further develop the bodily change and transformation you move towards during your time together.
The sessions are created and held in a very individual way, in order to support you and your body optimally. The 3 sessions last between 75 - 90 minutes and are roughly spread out over a one month period.
