This online course for parents and carers is designed for those who want to learn some simple ways to help reduce stress and anxiety in the home. Start mindful parenting

This course is now available! Once you purchase the course, you will receive an email with unique passcode and instructions on how to get started. The course is activated when you use the passcode.

You will access the course for 3 months and in the end, you can produce your completion certificate. Teach Children Meditation has ensured that you can download materials from the course onto your devices so you have lifelong access. Plus you are also invited onto resource pages (with all the online materials) that you’ll have lifetime access to. If you want to repeat the course you can for a small admin fee.

Teach Children Meditation is based in Edinburgh, UK (GMT+1) and they will live-stream the sessions via Facebook based on GMT for sessions in 2021 (January to March) which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
