This holiday focuses a lot on the rediscovery of Salento traditions, from the various cooking classes to the tasting and discovery of local wines, to other activities connected to the theme of gastronomy, one of the strengths of this territory.
The days will be a mix of the discovery of the territory in the most characteristic places both from a naturalistic and artistic point of view and the food and wine area that will accompany the guests from breakfast to dinner.
The management of the estate is familiar and this is precisely the characteristic of the tour, to experience Salento in an authentic way feeling at home, the programs can be flexible according to the customer's needs, and the spirit of this experience is aimed at small groups and not at tourist groups precisely to keep intact that sense of genuineness and familiarity that distinguishes it.
