The TULA de-stress retreat is a five-day four-night program designed for those who need a break from their daily life and are seeking a way to release some physical or mental stress, regain balance, and increase overall health.
There are 20 independent villas in the hotel, with bright and spacious landscape designs, elegant bedrooms, private swimming pools, and 24-hour butler service, from the romantic spa villa to the luxurious honeymoon pool villa. Hideaway in one of The Amala Boutique Retreat's signature ones. Bedroom villas include both indoor or outdoor living areas, dining areas, and fully-equipped open kitchenettes as well as private steam showers (spa villas only). The resort's standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. You are required to provide an original ID or passport upon arrival.

In this program, you will use the healing perspective of Bach's flower essence to learn to understand your own personality traits and learn the different states of each personality in positive and negative development. This class will help you learn how to bring yourself back to a state of balance.
In Yin yoga, you stay in a yoga position for longer than usual, using deep breathing and surrendering into the stretch. The extended time in each position allows the energy of the Yin meridians to penetrate your cells. This is a relaxing and slightly challenging passive stretching exercise.
Hatha yoga comes from an ancient Sanskrit word that means "strength". "Ha" represents the sun in Sanskrit, and "Tha" represents the moon, so the entire practice of Hatha yoga is to use the body's own strength to balance the sympathetic or parasympathetic nerves. In this program, you will focus on the three important steps: breathing, body alignment, and meditation, emphasizing the entry into the realm of Vipassana meditation through breathing and correct stretching.
This workshop will introduce TCM combined with Indian Ayurvedic philosophy and introduce effective anti-inflammatory acupuncture points and simple methods of self-abdominal health massage.
Healy is a medical device designed to bring cell frequencies back into a healthy range. It can be used to support the treatment of physical, mental, and emotional health with the use of individualized frequencies and microcurrents. At TULA, they use Healy to identify blockages or imbalances on a cellular level and provide insights and advanced treatments using IMF and frequencies to restore a balanced state.
Leona Chen, a well-rounded International Wellness Specialist who has been extensively dedicated to the field of holistic wellness for years. She combines western physiology and aromatherapy with Traditional Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurveda philosophy & yogic wisdom. Leading the Wellness & Spa team at the Amala, she also leads the beautiful sunset meditation with Tibetan singing bowls. We encourage you to actively communicate/ interact with her in the workshops she leads during your stay at TULA retreat. We believe you can gain a lot of knowledge and mindfulness skills.
Ninie was introduced to yoga by a close friend and our first practice took place at The Yoga Barn in 2014 since then Yoga become a pathway to discovering happiness within herself. In April 2021, she achieved her 200-hour Hatha Yoga YTT certification at Udana Yoga Academy. Following this, in May 2023, she successfully completed her 50-hour Yin Yoga YTT at Salty Prana. She immersed herself in a Sound Healing Workshop at Udara Bali in August 2023, and just completed her 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training Ether Module at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centre Ubud in March 2024.
