Luxury Meditation Retreat England

Come and enjoy a wonderful stay in quirky Glastonbury Town. This is a luxury retreat in self-contained separate apartments and studio apartments. During this weekend's well-being retreat, you will be practicing many different seated and walking meditations at sacred sites and inside including mindfulness exercises and free time. Glastonbury has been known to be a spiritual place of pilgrimage and ancient legends. This custom-made retreat will give you a perfect break and time to recharge and relax with like-minded souls. You will be spending time meditating through the day at Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury Tor, and also within Chalice Well Gardens, bathing your feet in the fresh healing pool, enjoying sampling the water of the Red Spring.

The Natural Health Sanctuary also hires the local holistic center, so we can get a meditation session in before dinner. There may also be time to enjoy private access in the temple of the White Springs, enjoying bathing in the blessed waters that flow down from Glastonbury Tor. There will also be time to browse the quirky local shops.

There are separate 1 bed and studio apartments with either a super king bed or twin beds so you can share with a friend. All rooms have an en-suite and have Freeview TV. There is a kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals. There is no oven but a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and all utensils needed.


Welcome to this Glastonbury well-being meditation retreat!

This retreat is open to women only for the shared house experience (8 spaces in total). A total of 4 people i.e. couples, plus single men are welcome to join this retreat for the days' activities and meditations at any local venues throughout the time in Glastonbury.

This is a wellbeing meditation retreat including three nights B&B plus many meditation activities while visiting well known powerful nature sites like Glastonbury Abbey, Chalice Well Gardens, Glastonbury Tor, The White Spring, and Magdelene Church. There is time to visit the mystical local shops and some free time plus more meditation sessions during the time in the shared house as well as at local venues and optional complementary therapies.

Your team leader, Samantha Hull, has a wealth of experience in the healing arts. She has been an active complementary therapist for over 23 years, studying in the UK and abroad gathering so many different techniques that make her treatments outstanding. Samantha has been practicing and teaching meditation for around 20 years and she intuitively channels the right meditation for the chosen group for healing and well being. Each meditation will be bespoke to each place you visit.

The intention is to spend time with you at these local powerful sites and being very close to strong ley lines to boost your energy. While you spend time there, there will be an added bonus of many guided walks and meditations at these local historical sites, led by Samantha, who will channel relevant meditations to boost your well being. It’s easier to be away to relax more and if you’re into the spiritual vibe, you will love this place!

Every past visit has been magical and The Natural Health Sanctuary would like to help you feel the magic of being here too together with like-minded people. Making new friends and spending time with current friends.

This is not a super strict retreat, so some free time has been included to explore yourself, plus eat and drink what you like and where you like. The shared house and most holiday rentals nearby have check out times around 10:00 a.m. on the leaving day (Sunday), there is still time before you travel back home to revisit the shops or any sights you wish to.

The first night's dinner will be organized at the house so everyone can all meet each other properly and enjoy a meal together. This doesn't always work, depending on arrival times but if you are very late, the team will, of course, save you a dinner! You can opt-out of this dinner if you wish and explore the town to eat. There is an outline itinerary below which may change weather dependant.

There will be an evening get together before you leave for the trip so you can all meet each other before you go. Samantha and The Natural Health Sanctuary are excited to share this wonderful local area with you!

There is a fair amount of walking over this break away, at least 2 hours a day. It’s fairly flat terrain, apart from climbing Glastonbury Tor. Again, there is no rush to get to the top and there is a little bit of everything to enjoy for all fitness levels on this perfect spiritual mini-break. Please let The Natural Health Sanctuary know if you have any physical restrictions.

The retreat is set in the center of Glastonbury Town, within 1 mile of all attractions that you are going to visit as well as quirky shops. The town has also a wealth of different restaurants including plenty of vegetarian and vegan restaurants. As all the activities are a very short distance between each other, you can pop to town for lunch and dinner with no need to drive. This can be done as a group or not, this will all be checked at the time of booking to help make this breakaway just right for you.


Daily breakfast, one packed lunch, and one group dinner on the first night (Thursday), as well as refreshments - teas and beverages are included in the price. Friday's dinner as well as Saturday's lunch and dinner are not included. The group will usually go out into town You are welcome to bring and make your own food at the shared house if you prefer.

Spa treatments

You can book a session of 60-minute body massage for 50 GBP If you do wish to book a massage, The Natural Health Sanctuary needs to know at the time of booking and payment in advance so they can book the therapist.
