The Nourished Body is offering live online Pilates wellness sessions that are comprehensive and efficient, allowing you to fit exercise, mindfulness, and self-care back into your schedule!
You will need a mat, a quiet space, computer, tablet, or smartphone with Zoom application and reliable internet connection to participate in the live session.
Melanie is based in Costa Rica, and the live session will be held according to Central Standard Time (CST) (GMT-6), which stays the same throughout the year. Her availability as per below:

Grab a mat, find a quiet space, and turn up the lights! Place your computer, tablet, or smartphone far enough from you so your instructor can see your body. Don't worry, your instructor will guide you through this at the beginning of the session!
You will use Zoom video conferencing for the live sessions. You will receive a link to your call via email from The Nourished Body.
If you are joining for the first time, you can download the plugin (if on a computer) or the app (if on a phone or tablet) before the call. Alternatively, you can join the session via a link on your internet browser.
Make sure to have your doctor's clearance before taking your session and be prepared to let your instructor know of any physical issues you might be experiencing.
Wear something comfortable (a lighter shade of clothing (at least top) is preferable and makes it easier for your instructor to see your alignment) and your instructor will help you do the rest!

Melanie is a mom of two small boys, a business owner, and a former professional dancer/choreographer, The Nourished Body came about due to her busy lifestyle and the need to feel grounded by nurturing her body. Melanie has more than 15 years of career as a professional Pilates educator and she has worked with a diverse clientele. Melanie believes Pilates is the key to breaking free of old patterns and aiding the body's stability and overall health. She wants people to nurture a positive body image, gain a deep understanding of its capabilities, and flourish with a renewed perspective!
