The Sacred Garden was created to epitomise the depth of the owner's heart’s intention, a sanctuary, dedicated to the expression of this unconditional love, and a purification space allowing you to cleanse and transmute old patterns and blocks from the body, reconnecting you more deeply with the purity of your own true nature, the unconditional peace (love) that is always there within despite fear, worry, lack, doubt, and other survival-based conditioning. The venue is newly redecorated and refurbished.
Program
The ongoing retreats at the Sacred Garden will support you to go deeper within and peel back the layers within yourself. The calm and peaceful energy that the house holds being next to Glastonbury abbey really supports you in this journey and the safety that Jennifer has created here will help you to surrender and drop deep within yourself.
Prices include accommodation, and an amazing plant based highly nutritious diet, two sessions daily, morning session of yoga and an evening session which will vary, from guided meditation, sound healing, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, or dance.
For the evening session. there will be a mentoring session and a one hour treatment included.
You will be asked to maintain a level of silence which does not mean absolute silence but only communicating where necessary and mindfully. This allows you to go much deeper within yourself. The detox retreats will be juices, smoothies, and soups.

The foundations of yoga, silence, meditation, bodywork, inner reflection, and connecting to nature have been gifts in Jennifer's life, supporting this opening, continually reminding her of the very essence of her being, her true nature as the body releases the old patterns.
Location
The Sacred Garden is an 18th century home in the heart of Avalon, next to Glastonbury Abbey.
Food
During your retreat you will be served wholesome, nutritious, and cleansing plant-based/vegetarian foods that are designed to kick start your inner healing journey and raise your vibration. Menus are seasonal and full of flavour, specifically designed for each retreat. There will be 3 meals per day.
