Would you like to create some healthier habits to reduce your stress, manage your anxiety and avoid burning out? This is the perfect opportunity to speak openly about where you're at and where you'd like to be without any judgment. Together with Bridget, you can find a starting point and begin taking small steps forward after your first session. You'll have greater clarity and direction, be mindful of what's holding you back and know what your priorities truly are so you can spend more time and energy on those. Bridget is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Meditation Teacher, and lover of the small things in life.
