The live sessions will be held via Zoom. The course consists of 8 weekly 2-2.5 hour sessions. The acceptance onto the eight-week course is dependent on completing a registration form and having an initial 30-minute induction call via Zoom.
This MBSR course contains 8 sessions spread over 8 weeks. Each week has a different theme, which guides you deeper into the mindfulness practice.
