Course information

The course consists of 8 weekly 1.5 - 2 hour sessions. The acceptance onto the eight-week course is dependent on completing a registration form and having an initial 30-minute induction call via Zoom. In between the sessions, Tim is available for support through WhatsApp and email. Please note that this online course is not suitable for people who have just gone through trauma or are suffering from severe mental or psychological difficulties. Contact Tim when in doubt!

MBSR Course

This MBSR course contains 8 sessions spread over 8 weeks. Each week has a different theme, which guides you deeper into the mindfulness practice.

  • Week 1: Exploring mindfulness
  • Week 2: Exploring our perceptions and relationship to the challenges and stressors in our lives
  • Week 3: The power of the being present, living all our moments
  • Week 4: Learning about patterns of reactivity to stress
  • Week 5: Building on our foundation of Mindfulness
  • Week 6: Stressful communications and building resilience
  • Week 7: Integrating mindfulness, reflecting on lifestyle choices
  • Week 8: A mindful life, keeping up the momentum
