Overview
Titan Fitness Thailand will give you all the knowledge and tools in order to do so. Their goal is to have you achieve yours. This program is designed for and ideal for those who are looking to get fit, ripped, or build lean mass.
How does it work?
When you arrive on the beautiful island of Phuket, Titan Fitness Thailand will be there waiting and ready to greet you at the airport. One of their friendly drivers will then bring you to the camp. You will first get checked into your room and then head down to the main reception where you will then be greeted by their team of staff who will then walk you through the camp and give you all the necessary information that you need. Then a meet and greet with your personal trainer will take place where together you come up with a training plan that suits your goals. Your trainer will be working with you for the duration of your stay and there to guide you every step of the way. You can choose to use their time for training or consultations. Take this moment to talk about everything from nutrition, what the focus is next week, and after you leave camp. Here is also where you have the chance to talk about your diet. Your personal training sessions are a vital and key component to your stay and your program and will provide the most benefit to you for you achieving the best body and mindset transformation possible!

One test is made at the beginning of the program and one at the end so they can accurately tell you how well you performed. In just a few short minutes they can provide a highly detailed, data report on the following;
