How does it work?
They will greet you with a smile when you touch down at Phuket international airport and their friendly driver will escort you to camp. You will first check into your room and then meet the staff reception and their customer relations manager. They will walk you through the camp and give you all the necessary information you need. Then a meet and greet with your personal trainer will take place where you together come up with a training plan that works for your needs.
