Day 1: Arrival in Yerevan
After your arrival, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to the hotel.
Day 2: Yerevan - Garni - Ghegard - Aragats - Byurakan (155 kilometers / 96 miles)
After breakfast at the hotel, the team will take you to the motorcycles, when all the formalities are done. You will then start riding to the Geghard Monastery from the 12-13th century. Before passing through Yerevan again, you will stop at the pagan temple Garni from the 1st century and then continue to the slopes of Mount Aragats (4090 meters above sea level). You will make another stop at Lake Kari at 3000 meters above sea level to finish today's stage in the village of Byurakan.

Day 3 : Byruakan - Shirakamut - Stepanavan (155 kilometers / 96 miles)
Today, after a stop at Trchkan waterfall, the highest waterfall in Armenia (23 meters), which falls into the Chichkhan River, you will ride to Shirakamut village. From there you will continue to Stepanavan.

Day 4: Stepanavan - Odzun - Hagpat - Yenoakavan (155 kilometers / 96 miles)
Lori province is your destination today. Here you visit Odzun village and then continue to Haghpat monastery from the 10th to 13th century, one of the highlights of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. In medieval Northern Armenia, it was a great religious, educational, and cultural center. You continue to Yenokavan, where you first visit the wonderful resort above the village, on a plateau surrounded by mountains. Here horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, trekking, and zip line are offered. For dinner and overnight stay, you will be in the village of Yenokavan.

Day 5: Yenokavan - Navur - Parz Lake - Tsapatagh (280 kilometers / 174 miles)
Through the village of Navur, the route takes you to the eastern part of Tavush province where you reach Parz Lake. It is located in Dilijan National Park east of Dilijan. The lake was formed by natural climatic changes. Then, you continue along the eastern shore of Lake Sevan to Ghegarqunik province, Tsapatagh village is our destination for the day.

Day 6: Tsapatagh - Vardenis - Selim - Noravank - Khor Virap - Yerevan (280 kilometers / 174 miles)
On the last day of the trip, you have a lot to do. First, you will ride your motorcycle along the eastern shore of Lake Sevan to the Vardenyants Pass. There, you will stop at the caravanserai Orbelyans (Seilm), which is located on the former great Silk Road route. From there, you continue to Noravank Monastery dating back to the 9-14th century, then have lunch together at a local cave cafe in Gnishik Gorge. On the last leg, you stop at Khor Virap Monastery (4th-14th century), as it offers the best view of Mount Ararat. In Yerevan, you will park the motorcycles again and you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 7: Departure
The airport transfer will take you to the airport to start your journey home.
Motorcycles available for this tour
For your convenience, the tour price already includes the rental fee for a 4-stroke Yamaha XT660 motorbike that is in perfect condition. If you'd prefer to bring your own bike, please make sure your enduro meets all requirements for this tour. Your bike should be legally registered, in a generally good state, and equipped with proper enduro tires. If you are not sure whether or not your bike is suitable to ride the tour, send an inquiry and Viaduro GbR will be happy to assist you!
For your own safety, Viaduro GbR requires you to wear a helmet, gloves, a motorcycle jacket or jersey, and durable motorcycle boots while riding. For this purpose, please bring your own protective gear.
Rider's requirement
To be able to join the tour as a rider, you must be at least 21 years old. Furthermore, you need a valid motorcycle license. An international license is not required for our tours through Armenia. If you'd like to join the tour as a pillion, however, there is no minimum age, as long as children and teenagers under the age of 18 are accompanied by a legal representative.
