Mamma Mia Inn is located in Upper Tapovan, close to the banks of the sacred Ganga River, with easy access to markets, temples, cafes, etc. Charming, clean, and comfortable rooms that have been newly renovated with a balcony street view, good ventilation, and access to the rooftop. This retreat will take place in Tapovan, Rishikesh, India. Set in a small serene and beautiful town famous for meditation and yoga. Rishikesh is the gateway to the Himalayas and on the bank of the river Ganges. Come and experience the spiritual journey in Rishikesh.

You will be served all meals included in the price. The food at Vihana Retreat is not just appealing to the eye. It is also nutritious, nourishing, and delicious. The head chef and owner is HACCP trained and has worked at five-star hotels in several countries. He ensures that the food for every participant is made fresh and as per dietary requirements as required. What you put into your stomach most certainly acts to nourish, heal, or harm. Keeping this in mind, the cuisine at Vihana connects many aspects of Vana’s philosophy.

Nature and ecology are forever present in how the seasons and their supply chains influence menus. Wellness objectives and personal preferences are provided. Nutritional and dietary information is made available to make choices that you can follow back home. The cuisine philosophy also tries to awaken traditional values and cultural nuances from India, an intention that might one day go beyond the boundaries of Vana. Vihana’s menus include vegetarian and vegan choices as well as mindfully sourced meat (provided on demand), fish, and poultry.
