About the experience
Experience a one-of-a-kind chance to explore Yellowstone National Park! Join them on a five-day all-inclusive hiking and yoga retreat to this amazing, world-famous destination. Enjoy twice daily yoga sessions a day as well as hiking, sight-seeing, and exploration opportunities!
All-inclusive
Transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport to the retreat homes is included, as well as all planned activities and meals during your stay. Don't worry about any extra costs or hidden fees. Just sit back and relax.
Yoga
Every retreat features a private yoga instructor who offers multiple classes during your stay. All classes are optional, which mean you can choose what you feel is right for you.
Hiking
Yellowstone National Park contains some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the country. There are endless trails and beautiful scenery that is absolutely breathtaking.
National park access
The retreat home is located just outside of Yellowstone National Park near Island Park, Idaho. They take you into the parks and drop you off where you need to go (no parking required). Entry to the park is also included with your booking.
Relaxation and rejuvenation
You deserve a little "me time." That's why each retreat has built-in leisure time so you can relax in the hot tub, journal, or take a nap. All activities are optional so that you can enjoy your retreat at your own pace.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival and retreat orientation
Welcome! The adventure will begin in Salt Lake City, Utah. They will pick up each guest at the airport or local area hotel. Then, you will depart as a group and make the approximately 5-hour scenic drive to the retreat home in Island Park, Idaho.
You will pass through the gorgeous scenery of Central Idaho before arriving at the house between 17:00 and 18:00. First, you will do a welcome orientation as a group. Next, you will review the retreat and hiking opportunities schedule, followed by an evening yoga session and a group dinner.
- 9:00 - 11:00 Airport / hotel pick-ups: Scheduled pickups from Salt Lake City International Airport and hotels. Please plan to arrive in SLC no later than 11:00 when the retreat departs. They strongly recommend arriving a day before the retreat if your schedule allows
- Noon: Lunch / grocery stop. You will make a short stop to grab lunch and any last-minute items for the trip. You will also stop at the Utah State Liquor Store if guests want to purchase any alcoholic beverages for the journey.

Day 2: Old Faithful and the Upper Geyser Basin
You will start with yoga first thing in the morning before a rich breakfast buffet and a full day in the park. You will pack your lunches, depart the retreat home at 10:00 sharp, and head to Old Faithful and the Upper Geyser Basin.
After catching the Old Faithful eruption from the viewing area, you will explore the rest of the Upper Geyser Basin. In the afternoon, you will check out Biscuit Basin and the Grand Prismatic Spring and take a short walk to the Midway Geyser Basin.

Day 3: Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and the Hayden Valley
You will start the day with a morning yoga session before eating breakfast and packing your lunches for a day of sightseeing and hiking in Yellowstone National Park.
Start your second day in Yellowstone with a scenic drive through Hayden Valley. Keep your eyes peeled for any wildlife (most likely bison). Morning is one of the best times to drive through Hayden Valley, as a stark contrast in temperature from the air and hydrothermal features create mystical steam.
Next, you will head to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and the Upper Falls Viewpoint. If you're up for a strenuous hike in Yellowstone, take the Uncle Tom's Trail (be prepared for hundreds of steps!).
After seeing the Grand Canyon, you will head back through Hayden Valley to the West Thumb Geyser Basin, stopping to see Yellowstone Lake before heading back to the retreat home. You will gather for an evening yoga session before a group dinner and free time for the rest of the evening.

Day 4: Norris Geyser Basin, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Lamar Valley
Today, you will return to Yellowstone National Park for another day of hiking and exploration. After morning yoga and breakfast, you will depart for the Norris Geyser Basin. In the afternoon, you will make a stop at Mammoth Hot Springs and the Albright Visitor Center.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the amenities and more downtime at the retreat home.

Day 5: Departure day
You will check out and depart the retreat home shortly after a delicious breakfast. You will pack a lunch for the trip to Salt Lake City. Along the way, you will make a stop and enjoy a scenic hike along the Silver Lake Trail and Thurman Creek Loop. Afterward, you will make the drive back to Salt Lake City for guest drop-offs.

- 13:00 Depart for Salt Lake City
- 17:30 - 18:00 Approximate arrival in Salt Lake City for hotel and airport drop-offs. If you are flying out today, please plan to depart after 19:00
