There is something magical that happens when you press pause on the demands of life, immerse yourself in nature, connect with women, and listen to your heart. It is in these moments that you experience transformation. While it may never feel like the “perfect” time to get away, Women's ReWild & ReConnect Retreats has witnessed hundreds of women renewed by a weekend retreat in nature. It is truly the greatest gift you can give yourself.
They intentionally created this retreat set in a pristine sanctuary to invite you to slow down, recharge, and grow. Join them for this three-night, four-day soulful immersion. Imagine how you will feel after a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, meditation, inspiring women’s circles, nourishing meals, slow nature walks, fresh ocean dips, heartfelt connections, and space to just be and come into full bloom.
- Morning nature meditations, including a walking meditation around a 1,000-year-old tree
- Inspiring daily women’s circles and ceremonies, including a flower mandala labyrinth ceremony
- Free time to explore walking trails, nearby lake and ocean, gardens, and sacred spaces
Your adventure begins as you embark on a scenic ferry ride with breathtaking views of the rugged coastline, sparkling waters, and majestic mountains. From the moment you step on the property, the stillness and serenity invite you to sink deeper into peace. The air is fresh, the forest is alive with the sounds of nature, and your body and mind will begin to relax. Inhale and then exhale.
You will be delighted by the dancing bamboo, the blooming wildflowers, the scent of the towering cedars and pine and even greeted by donkeys and horses. All practices are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. Many women attend solo, and you will be placed in a cottage with like-minded participants.
Setting your intention
The retreat begins with a flower mandala ceremony at the labyrinth. You will be supported in setting your intentions for the weekend, connecting to nature, and opening yourself to the transformative experience that awaits. After a nourishing dinner, you will gather in the yurt for a Restorative yoga practice that will help you feel more grounded and at ease as you prepare for a good night’s sleep.
Slow sacred mornings
Silent mornings invite you to tune into the beauty and stillness of the land and begin the day with gratitude and reflection. Imagine beginning your day by connecting with a 1,000-year-old Douglas Fir, reflecting in a forest sanctuary, and taking in the view up at the eagle's nest.
As you walk the land and hear the serene sound of the chimes - ding dong - you feel as though you are walking through an ancient temple ground. After a delicious breakfast, you will gather for a yoga practice to reawaken your body’s life force, release stagnant energy, and invite balance and joy, leaving you feeling lighter, energized, and more in tune with yourself.
Afternoons to unwind
The retreat is an invitation to slow down and full of spaciousness for you to sit on the patio with a journal and cup of tea, walk through the fern-filled forest to the lake, take a rejuvenating dip in the ocean, receive a healing massage, and relax under the warm glow of the sun. The day is yours to savor - it is a time to just be.
Restorative evenings for yoga, stargazing, and bonfires
Before dinner, you will gather for a women’s circle. This is a time to reflect, share, and connect more deeply with yourself and the other women. The bonds you create in this sacred space will stay with you long after the retreat ends. As the sun sets, the evenings are for stargazing, bonfires, and gentle Restorative yoga. The quiet of the night, the warmth of the fire, and the company of like-minded women will leave you feeling nourished, peaceful, and deeply connected to yourself and the land.
