You will stay in a private Workout Away bungalow amidst the lush, expansive gardens. This retreat is all-inclusive, so during your stay, you will enjoy an array of buffet-style, international, and Mediterranean cuisine, and when the workouts are done, kick back at the sunset bar and choose from the extensive mojito and cocktail menu. Workout Away HIIT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session designed to burn calories, reduce body fat, and tone. HIIT is a science-proven method that improves cardiovascular fitness, speed, and agility, and challenges performance beyond normal physical limits.
Revive is the signature yoga-inspired stretching class that anyone can do. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to fall in love with this restorative session. You'll practice energising sun salutations to develop full-body strength and flexibility. You'll challenge balance and coordination with powerful standing stretches and move through seated twists to alleviate stress and restore energy levels.
Rivals is the brand new format for 2023. They've taken all the best bits from the circuit, strength, and functional training-based classes and created a team-based session where healthy competition drives sports and strength performance.
