On the arrival day you will have some easy-going activities to get to know each other. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying a smoothie and a lovely dinner with all the participants.
During the weekend you’ll get a glimpse into how to prepare healthy, plant-based meals by cooking together. You’ll have one forest bathing (shinrin yoku) exercise in the large garden and also one walk in nature, adapted to your state of health.
In the mornings you’ll do some stretching and in the late afternoon there will be a yoga-class or pool gymnastics. WorldTribe adapts the exercises always according to your state of health. Besides all this you will be able to reflect through group and individual coaching sessions while having everyday time for contemplation.

Forest bathing
Forest bathing (shinrin yoku) is a Japanese technique that teaches you to activate all your senses in nature which has an enormous power to heal.
Body awareness and yoga
There will be a morning and evening yoga session, introducing the element of the day, including breathing exercises, asana flow, meditation, and relaxation.
Personal and group coaching
Throughout the retreat, each participant could book three individual coaching sessions in addition to the group coaching ones.
