Group size: Maximum of 1 participants
Online session will be held over Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.
Each session will comprise a meditation, an explanation of a key point illustrated by evidence based scientific research and some enquiry about the session and questions from the participant .
There will also be home practice which will entail a different meditation each week, a way of bringing mindfulness into your everyday lives and a short written exercise to be completed before the next session.
The sessions will be conducted by video call via Face time, Skype or Zoom and will last around 1 hour and 15 minutes at a mutually convenient time and will be conducted in English.
Level of the sessions: beginner/intermediate, but the level is not really so relevant as the sessions are more for a way of dealing with issues in your life.

Online live sessions' timezone: England, UK (BST, GMT+1). Timing of session will be arranged directly with each customer. Sessions are available from 10 a.m. - 7.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
Maggie is a qualified mindfulness teacher and has been running mindfulness and yoga holidays for four years in Portugal, India, and next year Ireland. She teaches mindfulness meditation for stress reduction, a better well-being, and for creativity, as well as the art of breathing.
This Mindfulness course is held online.
Yoga and Mindfulness Holidays is based in England, UK (BST, GMT+1)
Classes will be interactive, live and 1 to 1 and you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
